Course Content
This paddler centred course is designed to help you develop a solid set of skills on grade 4 rivers. We will take time to discus where you are at with you paddling, what you would like to work on and any goals you have. This enables us to fully tailor our coaching to give you the best possible course. Depending on wee we are based and river levels, will paddle rivers such as the; Findhorn Gorge, Tilt, Bran, Roy, Spean Orchy, Etive, Coe and many more...

Information gathering and planning a day on advanced rivers
Advanced river reading & scouting
Planning & executing moves with control
Improving & refining technical maneuvers
Building control and consistency to hit the line, every time
Mindset & anxiety control & tools to help with the psychological side of things
Driving the boat with confidence
Developing a solid & reliable boof
Exploring opportunities to play the river
At the end of each day we will review your learning and help you create an action plan to maximise your future progression. You will leave with an enhanced toolkit of skills to work on to increase your confidence, control and enjoyment of kayaking!
Requirements
Comfortable Grade 3 paddler with some experience of Grade 4. A reliable whitewater roll.
You will need all of your own equipment, transport & accommodation (if required) for this course.
