TERMS OF BOOKING
Please read before booking a course with us.
ASSUMED RISK
“Kayaking and Mountaineering are “Assumed risk” sports that may carry attendant risks. Participants should be aware of and accept these risks, and be responsible for their own action and involvement”.
Whilst on a Highland Adventure School (HAS) course it is both the instructor and client’s duty to manage the risk of the activities. The very nature of adventure sports increases the likelihood of accidents occurring even with the greatest level of care. Clients must understand and accept the fact that adventure sports causes accidents ranging from minor injuries to fatalities. To reduce the likelihood of injury, clients must follow all instructions given by the instructors.
