We aim to run relaxed and supportive assessments, giving you every opportunity to demonstrate your paddling skills. You will receive plenty of pre-course material to help you prepare fully for the assessment.

I will support you in picking a venue suitable to your mock students. We will meet, set up the day and then I'll hand over to you to strut your stuff. You will lead the group down a grade 4 river, giving them a safe and enjoyable day, in-keeping with the BC Leadership Model. There will be plenty of time for feedback an action plans at the end of the day to help you develop your paddling skills further.

More information about the award can be found on the British Canoeing website.
